Home to one of Europe’s largest Shi‘i libraries and a hub for Islamic scholarship.
At the heart of Al-Mahdi Institute is the AMI Library; a cherished resource that supports critical Muslim scholarship and welcomes all who seek knowledge. With over 20,000 titles in Arabic, English, Persian, and Urdu, our collection highlights unique texts from the Shia heritage. Spread across two floors, the library offers quiet study spaces where members can reflect and engage with rare primary texts. We regularly expand our holdings through international book fairs, showcasing new acquisitions in public exhibitions. We’d love to hear your suggestions for expanding our collection, please email us at library@almahdi.edu to suggest new additions for the AMI Library!
